1. I've just placed an order and need to make a change
We generally process your order within 24 hours so if we haven't yet shipped it and you need to amend the address, product or add a gift note. Please contact us here
2. Where is my beer or how long will it take to be delivered?
We know you're probably keen to get your beer, so where possible we ship within 24 hours of your order being received. The parcel network is incredibly busy at the moment, so please allow an extra day from when you receive our shipment email. If you would like to track your parcel, please use your order number and visit the DHL website. The order number is the Customer Reference.
3. I can't see my favourite product in stock. Is it available?
We have worked with over 600 breweries and our stock is always changing and moving very quickly just now and it may have come back in but we haven't had time to update the website. If you drop us a line here we'll respond quickly.
4. I want to place a large or bespoke order. Is that possible?
Absolutely. We have a wide range and very flexible. If you want beer, cider or even wine or gin delivered- we can sort it! If you get in touch here with an outline of what you are looking for, we'll let you know what we can offer.
5. My Order has been received but I have a query
Please get in touch with our customer service team with your query and we will resolve. You can do so by clicking here.
If you have ordered more than 1 item and just one has turned up, please give it an extra day as they are sometimes separated at the couriers.
6. Can I add a gift message?
Yes, we're happy to include a gift card FREE with every order. Just let us know what you want it to say, there is an option to 'Add Gift Message Here' once you add your chosen product to the basket (when viewing the product in the basket). We get some great messages from our customers and we've even learned to write Happy Birthday in Russian, Polish and Welsh!
7. Where do you deliver to?
Currently we are only delivering within the UK
Non Mainland UK
Delivery to Northern Ireland, outside mainland Britain and The Highands and Islands incurrs an additional cost and will take a few days more. Because of the surcharge we receive, we are unfortunately unable to offer Free Delivery on our Monthly Club's and other items that qualify for free delivery if it is being delivered to Northern Ireland, non mainland or Highlands. We have sourced a specialist courier for these areas to be able to offer the most competitive rates. There is a quick price facility at the basket page of the checkout. Simply choose your product and input the postcode and country and the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
8. Do you put a receipt in the box?
No, this is emailed to you, and not included in the box in case it is a gift.
If you are a business and require an invoice or VAT receipt, please contact us here and will be happy to provide you with one.
9. I have not received a confirmation email after placing my order?
A lot of email providers such as Hotmail & Live sometimes block our emails, because they contain the word 'beer' they can get filtered into spam, junk or promotion folders, so please check these folders and you'll probably find your order emails waiting for you.
