1. I've just placed an order and need to make a change
We generally process your order within 24 hours so if we haven't yet shipped it and you need to amend the address, product or add a gift note. Please contact us here
2. Where is my beer or how long will it take to be delivered?
We know you're probably keen to get your beer, so where possible we ship within 24 hours of your order being received. During the last two weeks of December this is extended as detailed below. The parcel network is incredibly busy at the moment, so please allow an extra day from when you receive our shipment email. If you would like to track your parcel, please use the 14 digit number provided in the shipment email and visit the DHL website.

Christmas delivery information
It was an incredibly busy Christmas period, but thanks to our hard working team and drivers all orders up until 3pm on the 21st December have been shipped on an overnight service.
TRACKING FOR ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 3PM 21ST DECEMBER:
You should have received an email with a tracking number from either ourselves or DHL Parcel - check your spam if not.
If you don't have your tracking number you can track on www.track.dhlparcel.co.uk. Use your 10 digit order number as the customer reference and the delivery postcode.
If you have placed an order on a site other than Best of British Beer, you may still be able to do this but it will be a shorter order number
We will resume email and telephone support on the 29th so please wait for a response from us before emailing again. We will get round to your query when we reopen.
SHIPPING FOR ORDERS PLACED AFTER 21ST DECEMBER
The next courier collection days are 29th and 30th December when we will be shipping orders received 22nd-29th December.
3. I can't see my favourite product in stock. Is it available?
We have worked with over 600 breweries and our stock is always changing and moving very quickly just now and it may have come back in but we haven't had time to update the website. If you drop us a line here we'll respond quickly.
4. I want to place a large or bespoke order. Is that possible?
We'll certainly do our best to accomodate you. If you get in touch here with an outline of what you are looking for, we'll let you know what we can offer.
5. My Order has been received but I have a query
Please get in touch with our customer service team with your query and we will resolve. You can do so by clicking here.
6. Can I add a gift message?
Yes, we're happy to include a gift card FREE with every order. Just let us know what you want it to say, there is an option to 'Add Gift Message Here' at the checkout page. We get some great messages from our customers and we've even learned to write Happy Birthday in Russian, Polish and Welsh!
7. Where do you deliver to?
In normal times, we ship throughout the UK and Mainland Europe
Non Mainland UK
Delivery to Northern Ireland, outside mainland Britain and The Highands and Islands incurrs an additional cost and will take a few days more. Because of the surcharge we receive, we are unfortunately unable to offer Free Delivery on our Monthly Club's and other items that qualify for free delivery if it is being delivered to Northern Ireland, non mainland or Highlands. We have sourced a specialist courier for these areas to be able to offer the most competitive rates. There is a quick price facility at the basket page of the checkout. Simply choose your product and input the postcode and country and the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to the US or Australia.
8. Do you put a receipt in the box?
No, this is emailed to you, and not included in the box in case it is a gift.
If you are a business and require an invoice or VAT receipt, please contact us here and will be happy to provide you with one.
