1. I've just placed an order and need to make a change
We generally process your order within 24 hours so if we haven't yet shipped it and you need to amend the address, product or add a gift note. Please contact us here
2. Where is my beer or how long will it take to be delivered?
We know you're probably keen to get your beer, so where possible we ship within 24 hours of your order being received. The parcel network is incredibly busy at the moment, so please allow an extra day from when you receive our shipment email. If you would like to track your parcel, please use the 14 digit number provided in the shipment email and visit the DHL website.

3. I can't see my favourite product in stock. Is it available?
Stock is moving very quickly just now and it may have come back in but we haven't had time to update the website. If you drop us a line here, we'll respond quickly.
4. I want to place a large or bespoke order. Is that possible?
We'll certainly do our best to accomodate you. If you get in touch here with an outline of what you are looking for, we'll let you know what we can offer.
5. My Order has been received but I have a query
Please get in touch with our customer service team with your query and we will resolve. You can do so by clicking here.
6. Can I add a gift message?
Yes, we're happy to include a gift card FREE with every order. Just let us know what you want it to say, there is an option to 'Add Gift Note' at the checkout. We get some great messages from our customers and we've even learned to write Happy Birthday in Russian, Polish and Welsh !
7. Where do you deliver to?
We ship throughout the UK and Mainland Europe. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands - if you enter a Channel Islands address and select 'United Kingdom' then our system will accept your order, but we will not be able to ship it.
Non Mainland UK
Delivery to Northern Ireland, outside mainland Britain and The Highands and Islands is additional and will take a few days more. Because of the surcharge we receive, sorry but we are unable to offer Free Delivery on our Monthly Club & Pop Up Festival if it is being delivered to Northern Ireland, non mainland or Highlands. We have sourced a specialist courier for these areas to be able to offer the most competitive rates. There is a quick price facility at the basket page of the checkout. Simply choose your product and input the postcode and country.
8. Do you put a receipt in the box?
No, this is emailed to you, and not included in the box in case it is a gift.
