Product : The delivery was on time and my boyfriend loved his gift! He is a brewer and he said they were all beers he hadn't tried yet so the selection must have been quite unusual which is great cause he's had most of the normal beers! |

Service rating : I ordered two different cases of beer by next day delivery as a present for my Dad's birthday. Unfortunately, there was a delay in these being delivered which meant that my Dad received his birthday present late. When the beer was eventually delivered the following day, I discovered that one box was not as described and only had 5 bottles in instead of 6. After ringing customer services, this error was very efficiently and quickly sorted out. The delivery company had damaged one case and not told Best of British Beer. Additionally, the beer was not necessarily what I was expecting. I was sent a new case free of charge the following working day. Overall, great service from Best of British Beer, but terrible service from DHL. Product : This arrived not as it was described online. Lots of chocolate, vanilla and mint flavours in the beers, which I was not expecting and unsuitable as a gift. |
