A fine British pilsner lager and the first brewed by Windsor and Eton. Made with the same passion and creativity that they put into their well regarded fantastic ales.
Using Saaz hops, Czech Pilsner yeast and malt, they ferment for 2 weeks before ‘lagering’ for a further 6 weeks.
The result is a refreshing, full flavoured 4.8% Pilsner lager which benefits from being slightly chilled.
