The Freedom brewery story started in Fulham nearly 40 years ago and 150 miles away from their current home – a purpose built brewery in the Staffordshire countryside.

Based on a farm, they only use water from a private spring under the brewery, they give the spent grain to the cattle on the estate and recycle waste water.

Fast forward to the present day and Freedom have delivered on their sustainability targets including being named SIBA Green Brewery of the Year. While originally focusing on lager, they’ve recently started to expand their range.
